  The office staff is above and beyond- very friendly and helpful, especially after our unit was burgled 10 days after we moved into it.
  
  The reason for my 1-star rating is they say they have no way to track what code the thieves used to get inside the gate, and there are not cameras trained on every unit. If you choose to rent a unit here, be sure to purchase renters insurance (NOT theirs!! Their insurance requires damage to the property before they will pay on a claim, and apparently, a cut padlock is not considered property damage) Make sure to find out from your insurance company what an acceptable way to document every item you have stored to receive a full payout should your unit also be burgled. We happened to have renters insurance thru our apartment complex, and they paid, but only a fraction of the $10k+ worth of property we had stored in the unit.
