  The stars don't really say how I feel about this place. The place itself is ok, but their customer service needs improvment. I have a current problem with my 2010 Ford F-150 the censor on the back door latch doesn't read. And say that the door is open. The first time I took it they said that they'd do it or about $200 - $300. That I would bring it back at a later date. Well I brought it back for the repair this time the sales rep was VERY dismissive. (Sorry I didn't catch his name). First he asked me if I've been helped. I said yes and proceeded to tell him about the truck when another rep walked by and in front of me, he cuts me off and tells that rep if he could take me, because he was too busy. When the other rep replied that he couldn't, I continued. Then again got stopped because he told me that they don't do that kind of work. That they don't replace door latch assemblies for the vehicles...... So I guess I'm going to have to go to the dealer. I was trying to avoid from going there.
